Juanita Albornoz

Juanita is the principal broker for her company, KI Realty-"knowledge and Integrity". These two words describe her attitude and values for every aspect of her life. Juanita has a Masters of Science in International Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University. She is also an experienced real estate paralegal.Juanita has been active in the real estate industry since 1997. During her broad work experience in the real estate industry she has worked with real estate attorneys, title insurance companies and financing companies. Juanita has been involved in hundreds of title closings, brokerage deals, valuation and consulting activities in South Florida and has performed financial analysis for several commercial real estate projects and hospitality projects in emerging markets. Juanita is also fluent in Spanish.
