Juanita has over 20+ years' experience in the real estate industry and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado, Juanita's background of sales, marketing and management experience gives her the unique ability to educate, advise and coach her clients on how to wisely and correctly buy or sell a property (the biggest investment most people will make) and oversee the whole real estate process.
She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Military Residential Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Seller Specialist and Certified Home-Owner Advocate.
Juanita and her family relocated to Colorado Springs from Southern California in 1998 and enjoy the breathtaking scenery and landscape that Colorado has to offer. Shortly thereafter, she began her career in real estate. She works much of her business "by referral" and that means that she can give much more time and attention to her clients (and spend more money to help them).
Juanita enjoys traveling with her husband, dancing (disco is her fav!), making over 20 different types of cheesecakes for her friends and family, bowling, crowd-funding, video and online marketing, philanthropy and entertaining,
