My name is Juanita Tellez, and I was born in Queretaro, Mexico. My family came to the states to fulfill their American dream when I was an infant. Although I’ve lived my entire life in Vancouver, WA my roots have always stayed firm. I am proud of my heritage and of speaking Spanish. Growing up alongside my parents has instilled a tremendous work ethic in me and in every job I have ever had, client satisfaction has ALWAYS been my #1 priority. My American dream has entailed so much throughout my life; with starting a family of my own, owning a business alongside my husband, becoming a first-time homeowner and now being able to help clients realize their own dream. I believe every person deserves adequate representation especially when it comes to buying or selling a home. Someone who is in your corner representing you in an honest, loyal and transparent way; the only ways I know how to handle business. (I am Licensed in WA and OR).
Mi nombre es Juanita Tellez y nací en Querétaro, México. Mi familia vino a los Estados Unidos para cumplir su sueño americano cuando yo era una bebé. Aunque he vivido toda mi vida en Vancouver, WA, mis raíces siempre se han mantenido firmes. Estoy orgullosa de mi cultura y de saber hablar español. Crecer junto a mis padres me ha inculcado una tremenda ética de trabajo y en todos los trabajos que he tenido, la satisfacción del cliente SIEMPRE ha sido mi prioridad número uno. Mi sueño americano ha implicado mucho a lo largo de mi vida; con formar mi propia familia, ser dueña de mi propio negocio junto a mi esposo, convertirme en dueña de una casa por primera vez y ahora poder ayudar a los clientes a hacer realidad su propio sueño. Creo que cada persona merece una representación adecuada, especialmente cuando se trata de comprar o vender una casa.
