Real Estate is not new to Jude Jouglet. During her first year in business in 2009, she earned the "Rookie of the Year" award for being the top-producing agent among all of the new agents in her office. She and her team were ranked within the top 100 of Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway, Home Services, and California Properties, where she earned the prestigious "Chairman's Circle Gold" award. In addition to her experience as a Realtor, she also worked as the Education Sales Director with a real estate investment firm, where students learned everything from primary real Estate investing to financing, equity management, and property management.
She currently hangs her real estate license with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Mesa. She works as a full-time, full-service agent representing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County. She is well-versed in handling financial complexities, coordinating multiple people, and meeting strict deadlines. Jude considers all aspects of the transaction and strives to create a pleasant experience for every client. She has an incredible support team, including lenders, title and escrow officers, contractors, and transaction coordinators, to assist her clients with their needs. Jude also can match her buyers with their ideal homes and bring out the best qualities of a home for her sellers to achieve top dollar when it's time to sell. While running her full-time real estate business as a top-producing agent, she also owns and manages a personal portfolio of 14 properties.
Before working in real Estate, Jude worked in the Resort Apparel Industry in management, design, sales, and ownership capacities. Today she uses that robust portfolio of skills and connections to handle complex transactions with expertise and assurance. She states, "I spent years bringing my clients' visions to reality with my clothing lines at the retail and wholesale level. My clients ranged from small boutiques to large corporations such as Warner Brothers Studios, Walt Disney World, Coldwater Creek, and Qualcomm. There were numerous moving parts, problems, and complexities to be handled. Today, I use that experience to help my clients accomplish their real estate goals before, during, and after the escrow process".
For Jouglet, the excitement of negotiating the correct transaction for her clients fuels her passion for Real Estate. This energy also transcends into her personal life. She is a twenty-one-year resident of San Diego. She resides with her husband and continues using her real estate and design expertise with their remodel projects. She also believes in giving back to her community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the BHHS "Charitable Foundation," where she organized and executed "A Day at the Races" fundraising event to help the soldiers at Warrior Foundation-Freedom Station and raised over $20,000 in 2016. She is also a member of the National, California, and San Diego Association of Realtors, and she enjoys cooking, hiking, golfing, and horseback riding.
