Active in the Real Estate industry since 1999, Judi Pobst started as a Director of Communications for a real estate entrepreneur. Judi fell in love with the Gulf-front community of Gulf Harbors, Florida and began her career as a licensed buyer’s agent specializing in waterfront homes. In 2004 she earned a Broker’s license and owned and operated her own brokerage firm, Realty by Design LLC. Finding the need for more resources and support to grow to succeed in a declining market she joined Keller Williams in 2007. The company has given her the ability to excel even during tough times by offering trainings, coaching and the option for teamwork. Judi’s sales rank her among the top 10% in her office and top 20% nationwide, and she is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), which acts as the market center’s “board of directors.” Judi’s passion for real estate goes beyond simply helping people buy or sell a home. Staying current on market activity, trends and technology and keeping focused on service is important to her. Judi loves helping others achieve their goals and strives to make every transaction a win-win for all.
Originally from Dayton Ohio, Judi has lived in upstate New York, France, and the Washington D.C. area, amongst other places. She attended Trinity College in Washington DC, where she earned her BA in Communications. In 2004, she earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She became a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and achieved her certification by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing in 2010. With Judi’s line of work visibility is very important.
With, she is a member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, West Pasco Board of Realtors, Women in Networking and is the Publicity Chair
for the Gulf Harbors Yacht Club. She is also a contributor to her community newsletter, “Life on the Gulf”. Judi is married to Kurt Lindeman, a general contractor. Judi and Kurt live in Gulf Harbors where she found her niche in waterfront and luxury homes. She concentrates on residential real estate in Southwest Pasco and Northern Pinellas Counties.
