Judy Barnes originally started her real estate career in Wisconsin, working primarily in the commercial arena, and she became a licensed broker in 1974. After relocating to Florida’s Atlantic Coast in 1997 initially because of her love for the game of golf, as well as her desire to live by the sea, Judy became focused on high end residential real estate. Judy has been selling residential real estate in the Hammock Since 2001. She became the Broker of Hammock Sotheby’s and when Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate positioned themselves in the Hammock, Judy joined them as an Associate Broker.
She has been the top performing agent in the Hammock and has received awards and accolades for both customer service and being a top producer. As a resident in Hammock Dunes Community and a Member of the Hammock Dunes Club, she shares her extensive knowledge with customers to help them make informed real estate decisions. She helps her customers through the entire relocation process and believes that exemplary service results in long term relationships. As a long-standing Member of the Hammock Dunes Club, she has served as Chair of the Membership Committee as well as served on other Club committees over the years. She has also reigned as the Women’s Club Champion. Her community services have included fund raising for non-profit organizations as well as serving on the Boards of the United Way and YMCA.
