Fine Arts and Interior Design have always been Judith Oroshnik’s passions. She began working in residential design after receiving a BFA in Interior Architecture from California College of the Arts (formerly California College of Arts & Crafts). She later held a business development position at a major LA architectural firm, and later as an owner's rep on a 600-unit condominium conversion. Inevitably, she found her way into real estate sales. This was more than thirty years ago, and she never looked back.
Also in Judith’s skillset is a solid grasp of contract language and legalese from her early years working with attorneys. Since transactions are typically "paper" intensive and fast-paced, these tools have been unbelievably valuable. Her biggest priority is keeping everything on track so that both buyer and seller can conclude a sale with trust and confidence that the process served them well.
Approaching negotiations from a "win-win" perspective has equated to consistently smooth transactions and a positive reputation among her peers. Currently, Judith is a member of the Neighborhood Issues Committee of the Echo Park Improvement Association helping to guide new residential and commercial growth in her community.
