Chris and Judith are more than just agents. Moving my dad closer to me after the death of my mom involved more than just buying a house. My dad needed to feel comfortable letting go of his old life and hopeful and excited about the future in his new home. They were very compassionate and patient with my dad as he looked for a house for himself and his two dogs. They listened to what he wanted and at times listened to him get off track with yet another story as I rolled my eyes and hurried him along. They always greeted him with a warm smile, a compassionate ear and a heart that truly wanted to help him find the perfect home. They were knowledgeable about the local market and the areas that would best suit my dad’s needs. They found a home that my dad loves and they were there by our side every step of the way. They went out of their way to make things as easy for my dad as they could. The transaction was flawless and stress free. Any hiccups that may have popped up were taken care of immediately. Their communication was excellent and responsive. There was nothing lacking in their commitment to my dad’s needs. My husband and I have bought and sold several houses over the years. This transaction was absolutely the smoothest most professional transaction during an extremely difficult time. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I moved from Orange Calif. to San Jacinto Calif. They were a big help in finding my house in San Jacinto. They got a taste of what I liked and were able to show me houses till I found this one I love. They were great with helping me with all the paperwork.
