Judy was wonderful from start to finish. She took the time to get to know us, to answer our questions, and to give us the information we needed to make informed and confident decisions. She always made herself available to us that worked within our hectic work and home life. She kept the communication going through emails, texts, and web meetings. Judy was quickly responsive to our requests and she made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Selling my mom’s house with years and years of loving memories was led by a realtor who was caring, compassionate and respectful. Highly, highly recommended.

Working with Judy this summer was a pleasure. Judy brought expertise and guidance to the home-buying process that was sorely needed as a first time homebuyer. She helped inform me about my options every step of the way, without pushing me toward unnecessary expenses. At the same time, Judy tailored her recommendations to me as a first time buyer while advising me on house selection, negotiation, and relevant inspections. Lastly, Judy was very generous with her time and worked quickly to get me into the home I wanted. I discovered my home on a Saturday afternoon and within a couple hours she had set up a walk through for Sunday. Furthermore, the seller wanted all offers in that Monday morning! Judy worked quickly to pull together an offer contract that was well-received by the seller and my bid won. Not bad for a day and a half of notice! I recommend Judy as an agent for first-time and experienced home buyers alike.
