Judy Delen has been involved in the Seattle real estate market for years, initially working with her husband who designs and builds homes for sale in Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard, and Capitol Hill. She started staging their speculative projects and then expanded to staging with local realtors and developers. This eventually led her to pursue her real estate license and be more involved in the transaction side of real estate.

Judy has years of experience in preparing a house for sale. She knows the steps needed to make a house look amazing for online photos, open houses, and showings. From selecting new paint colors to interior styling, she will transform your home, so it stands out. Full disclosure: She is a big proponent of staging a home! But staging does not always mean “removing everything of yours and bringing in staging furniture.” There are many ways to create the best “first impression” and she is happy to share her ideas and insights with her clients as they prepare to list their homes.

Judy is a lifelong Washington resident and currently lives in Seattle with her husband Luke. They have three amazing kids. Can she still call them kids even though they are all in college? Prior to real estate and staging, Judy worked in the banking and investment industry. One thing all her past jobs and experiences have in common is providing exceptional customer service.
