Judy states, “I would rather have a client’s trust and loyalty for life than close a sale that is not in the best interest of the client. I also understand that a client’s home is often their most valuable asset. As such, I have a standard of care that is unsurpassed. I regard no transaction as ‘routine.’ “

Judy has never had a listing expire before the property sold. She attributes this high sales success to strategic, multi-media marketing, which always includes superior professional photography. Her marketing goal is always to differentiate her client’s listing from the competition and provide enticing photographs that compel buyers to want to see the property.

Judy is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Whether she is representing buyers or sellers, she knows how to negotiate to get the best possible deal for her clients. She never sells out her clients' best interest just to close a sale.

Prior to entering real estate, Judy was a systems analyst in the clinical studies industry, providing programming and analytical services to major pharmaceutical clients. She found working with these clients, who required the utmost attention to details, the most rewarding aspect of her job.
