About Judy

Judy is a full-time licensed Broker in the state of Wisconsin and have been selling real estate since 1996. She has successfully helped hundreds of families relocate in and out of the area by walking them through the buying and selling process. She is committed to providing her clients with exceptional customer service and have focused her business on maintaining client relationships for life. Judy has taken numerous advanced training courses in real estate and currently hold the Graduate, realtor Institute - GRI designation, the certified residential specialist - CRS designation (held by the top 5% of agents nationwide!) and the accredited Buyer’s representative - ABR designation. Judy has served on the realtor Professional standards and ethics committee and am a member of the realtor’s association of south-central Wisconsin, the National association of realtors, and the residential sales council. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she worked as a Senior Research Analyst and Project Director for the UW-Madison until 1996. While working at the University, she discovered her love for real estate and working with people and began a full-time career in real estate. As a proud, life-long resident of the Dane county, Judy knows the real estate market in this area and takes the time to understand the needs of all her clients. She provides full-time, full-service residential, investment, and recreational real estate services throughout south central Wisconsin.

Judy was wonderful to work with. She thoroughly explained the process to us before getting started. As first time home buyers, she took a lot of extra time to point out things that we wouldn't have known. She was superb in guiding us during negotiations and keeping us updated with the progress. She is very quick to respond to any questions we had. We are so grateful for all the help she gave us and would recommend her to anyone in the Madison area!

Judy worked with me for over 10 months to find the just right home. Not easy, since I wanted a small, inexpensive, well built home: not something usually found in one bundle. She was always patient, traveled to some very remote areas to view homes, allowed me time to look thoroughly at each house we visited. Judy was so trustworthy, truthful, and caring that I know she has the clients best interest at heart, whether selling or buying. She truly wished to help me find the right home. I have owned and sold five homes and now purchased my sixth home, due to work moves, and Judy is by far the most conscientious, hard working, and knowledgeable agent I ever worked with. She explained the who process now required by the Federal Government and how long the purchase process would take. I feel very lucky to have found Judy and worked with her to find my home. Judy was a really great realtor for our family; we highly recommend her. When we moved to the area from Chicago, she took us around to properties in many neighborhoods to help us get familiar with the local real estate market. She always made herself available--and was always on time, friendly, and professional. She was very patient and never pushy, which we really appreciated. It took us many months to find the right house, but we eventually did. As first time home buyers, Judy guided us through the process of making a strong offer in a very competitive housing market.
