Judy joined the Aeris House team as Designated Broker, bringing 12 years of successful property management and sales throughout the valley. Now with 16 years as a top producing sales agent of single-family homes and investment properties, she continues to love the real estate industry! She feels especially grateful that Aeris House Properties has developed a way for each of her sales to give back to our community with Social Aware for Change. She has been a previous business owner and held an administrative position with CEO and CFO of a local development company. Her enthusiasm for real estate is undeniable. Judy prides herself on going above and beyond while being mindful and protective of every client. She works to constantly educate herself on today’s housing trends, while working to always develop fair, aggressive, negotiating skills, and innovative problem solving to speed up the process of buying and selling homes. Her expertise in property management of multi-family and single-family homes has proven to be successful for her national and international clients. Judy feels as an acting Broker/Agent and Property Manager, it allows her to offer a full range of services that include investment purchases, property management, and resale of properties. As a multi-generation native Arizonan, she is always eager to share her love of the local communities, mountains, lakes, rivers, and deserts with all newcomers to the Valley of the Sun.
