I have lived in many different communities across the US, but for the past 29 years, I have called Pocatello home. Sometimes it's a real advantage to live in other places to realize the gem we have right here in the Gate City.
My first career was as a grade-school teacher, but after time I realized I preferred teaching adults, and was fortunate to be able to teach at the vocational level for several years. A final career change brought me into the world of real estate.
As a former teacher, I believe a large portion of my responsibility is to guide people through the intricate process of buying or selling a home. There are many qualities and skills that comprise an excellent real estate professional -- honesty and integrity; in-depth community and market knowledge; and effective negotiation skills (to name just a few) -- all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my 23+ years of experience as a licensed Realtor, I've come to realize that providing the very best service is mostly about PUTTING THE CLIENT FIRST. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
