CEG has been great. The platform that they provide to clients to search for homes is easy to use and great in that it can give you a preview of homes in the CEG network that haven't hit the market. Jules Ferrar and team were great. Super responsive and identified things that may become issues / slow down the process way before they became problems and took action to mitigate. Jules is an excellent partner in this process and a great quarterback when it comes to managing the operational and logistical details of buying and selling a home (I did both). Highly recommend you go with CEG and stay away from DIY handsoff brokers like redfin. (reposted from Capital Estate Group- Team Google Page).

Working with Jules and her team was a great experience. She was an amazing realtor who paid special attention to detail. Not only did she sell our house after just one open house, she assisted us in making all updates to our home via the Compass Concierge Program, before putting our home on the market. We were able to get our home painted, the floors redone, and staged without paying anything out of pocket. All cost were paid for by Compass and reimbursed to them at closing. My wife and I could not have asked for a smoother process as we were preparing to welcome our first child into the world. Jules and her team made the daunting task of selling a home very easy. Monica and Jules are a dynamic duo. Monica is very patient, attentive, and diligent. Jules is flexible and understanding. With their help, I found a home that not only met all of my needs but also exceeded my expectations going into the home search. It did take a bit of convincing to look outside D.C., but I'm beyond thrilled that we did and am highly satisfied with the final result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monica, Jules and the CEG team to anyone.
