Jules 'JB' Hochman

Jules B. Hochman is the Co-Owner of Brockman Group, LLC with his partner Justin Brockman. Prior to joining Brockman Group, JB was a top-producing broker at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors for 15 years. JB relocated to Colorado to from St. Louis, MO in 1996 to attend The University of Denver’s Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management. From there he worked for Marcus & Millichap’s Denver Office firm where he specialized in apartment transactions ranging from 20 to 150 units and agent training. Successful in a corporate style firm, he saw better opportunities to service his clients in a more boutique setting. JB Has Brokered over $1 Billion worth of real estate in over 250 transactions. Representing both the moms and pops of the world as well as larger institutional clients JB brings a strong work ethic to ensure the job is carried through. His ability to communicate and serve any investor allows JB to help his clients, whether new to the business, or old pros to fully realize their investment goals.
