Julia honed her "white glove service" approach as an Account Management Executive in a top Advertising Agency, counseling top National brands, and developing new business marketing plans for over 10 years. In 2017, Julia made the transition to real estate because she loved the idea of bringing families together to help them find that reassuring comfortable feeling of "Home Sweet Home." Helping them achieve their unique real estate goals is her favorite part of the job. She is by their side, guiding them throughout the process, and continues as a valued resource well beyond the transaction closing.
Julia resides in North Central San Antonio and has developed a talent for preparing homes to be listed for sale. With a keen eye, she rolls up her sleeves and helps with reorganizing, staging, and creating a fresh and remarkable first impression. She has been known to add fresh mulch, bring moving boxes, and carefully pack up precious mementos. It's those little extra efforts that make Julia a standout REALTOR. It speaks volumes that Julia has worked with multiple generations of families, as they each grow into first-time home buyers. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers all over San Antonio, but she especially enjoys the natural hill country beauty of Spring Branch, Bulverde, and Boerne.
Julia is an intent listener with a generous heart. She is a member of the Corazon Circle, for agents with the highest contribution to the partner non-profit organizations of Realty San Antonio. Julia graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Psychology and studied abroad in London. While her most important role is being a mom to two amazing teens, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Snack Pak 4 Kids. When Julia’s out of the office, you can find her watching her kids' club volleyball games or playing with her cats and Kramer the Goldendoodle.
