Julia, and the entire team did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. I moved across country and navigating the NY real estate process could have been a nightmare. Julia and Lawrence eased the experience for me tremendously. They were there every step of the way, even past closing. Julia even introduced me to First Republic bank, which had my financing at an amazing rate! It is very hard to find trustworthy agents/brokers and I was lucky enough to find them without any connections to the area.

Julia Boland is the very definition of a consummate professional. She was extremely thorough and displayed the highest level of integrity and honesty as we sought to purchase a co-op that needed major renovation. She brought to the viewing an established contractor to survey the apartment. She gave freely of her time and was always available. She proved to be of immense value to us and was decisive in her opinion that we should NOT buy the apartment. Ms. Boland forfeited two commissions as we would be selling our current apartment as well. She exemplified what a true fiduciary is. Also, she was well versed in the local market and had other contacts that we will use based on her recommendation. Needless to say, I recommend her highly without any hesitation.

As second time home buyers, it was the first time we had to deal with the logistics of two closings and also was our first time purchasing a coop which has a very specific process. Julia is a consummate professional. I was continually impressed by her fast response rate, her knowledge about buying, selling and financing property, board preparation and every aspect of real estate in general. She is a source of excellent referrals for all real estate matters and a great sounding board for all questions and concerns. When my husband and I were about to lose our mortgage rate and the closing was yet again delayed, it was Julia who we emailed to clarify the situation. Within 24 hours of this email, she was able to bring all sides together, we had our dream apartment and her client sold his apartment at his asking price.
