She consistently ranks in the top 1% of agents at Seven Gables Real Estate. A California Realtor since 1986, Julia helps buyers and sellers of residential properties in all price ranges. She has completed accredited courses in contract law, consumer protection and ethics and has received specialized training in negotiation and the marketing of luxury properties. Julia has reliable sources for preparing a property for sale, including estate sales, property repairs and professional home staging. Her support team includes a full-time Marketing staff, a professional Photographer, a Social Media service team and a Transaction Coordinator. Julia also utilizes the services of Seven Gables Relocation Division and Property Management. Born and raised in Virginia, Julia holds a BA in English from Drew University and had a 10-year career in publishing and advertising before becoming a Realtor.
