I love the Real Estate business and am proud to be associated with Coldwell Banker. I have been a real estate agent for 16 years. I am licensed in California and Nevada and have sold over 200 homes.

We moved to Reno 17 years ago and I fell in love with northern Nevada. Uprooting our family and moving our family to a new area gave me a keen understanding of the enormous task of buying, selling and moving. Selling a Home: Marketing listings is a specialty of mine. I understand what is needed to get you the highest price for your home. Any Realtor can put a sign in the lawn, but it takes time and commitment to provide you with the kind of service that brings the best offer as quickly as possible. I meticulously create specific property websites, produce listing videos, compile virtual tours, and add personal touches as if I was listing my own property for sale. Working with some of the best tradespeople in the business, I manage staging preparations, photography and create dynamic internet displays. I will negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
