Julia at Caldwell Banker was my Real Estate agent,she did a great job when ever we wanted her to show us a home she was always there for us.she always would give us good advice and would always make sure the house didn’t have any defects. I would highly recommend her to anyone that’s buying a home

Julia helped us purchased our first home. She knew that we would be selling in 2 years, so she made sure the house we picked would be great for selling, great schooling for our kids. She never tried to force us into something we didn't want...She even told us no to houses, because it would be hard to sale due to neighbour's...and we are sooo happy she did...This year we sold our house within 4 days of being on the market (more then asking price). The selling process was sooo easy...we didn't have to much ,but cleaning and canceling our service...All the service numbers was conveniently given to us (dish,trash company)...we didn't have to google anything 😀 Thanks Julia for being your sooo awsome.. my daughter has stated that Julia is so nice, shes part of our family now ❤ ( She's great and understanding with kids) Wow, again thanks Julia, when we move back to Virginia. you will be the first person we call 😃Amazing Customer care, We Highly recommended Julia

Julia is the best, hands down!!! I can’t even begin to tell how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. She is a Veteran and is also qualified as VA realtor specialist. She picked up the slack of the sellers realtor with out any issue, and stayed with me until the end. She has always answered the her phone, or if she couldn’t answer she would call back in a short time. She always had the answer to my questions.
