JULIA CAPALDI

Born in PA, raised in NJ, and now a 25-year DE resident, Julia Capaldi has worn many hats in her career, with her first "real job" at a Title Company in 1984. Having come full circle, she embraces the diverse aspects of real estate. Julia finds joy in preparing homes for sale and collaborates with sellers and buyers from around the world. As a Realtor at BHHS, ASP Stager, retired Massage Therapist, entrepreneur, Yoga/Fitness Instructor, and enthusiast of faith, family, friends, real estate, sunshine, laughter, animals, and, of course, pizza, she brings a wealth of experience to handle the entire real estate process.
