Julia could not have been better. She is clearly knowledgeable and knew a ton about housing and construction(without googling). She helped us get to close and guided us through the entire process as we were first time homebuyers. We had a very short close (2.5 weeks and a financing switch). She took the time to get to know us and our situation, and tailored our buying strategy to give us the best chance to win the home. That all being said...She truly showed her prowess when it came to the negotiation table. We can't say enough great things about her! 10/10 would/will not use anyone else. Thank you Julia!

Julia Curry was incredible to work with! As first time home-buyers, my fiancé and I did not have much experience. But Julia went above and beyond! She was so very helpful, communicative, intelligent, and was great at explaining every step of the way in the process. When we had concerns or questions, she was always there with quick responses. You can tell that she really cares about you as a client and how hard working she is. I am glad that we had her for our first experience in buying a home. Julia is amazing! 5 stars just isn’t enough. Julia went above and beyond for me. Working around my crazy work schedule and my kiddos sports schedule. Not only is she the sweetest but she as has the patience to deal with crazy children when you have to bring them with! Any question you have never goes unanswered. She is positive and up beat. She is optimistic which over ruled my negativity! Would deff choose Julia again if I ever decide to buy a house again!

LGBTQ+ Friendly! My wife and I were a little nervous starting our first home buying experience, but Julia has been nothing short of incredible. Flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. She made every step of the process clear and stress free and constantly went above and beyond what was expected of her to make our journey the best one it could be.

What most impressed me about Julia was when we encountered issues with our lending company. Julia was steadfast in her dedication to us, fought tooth and nail with the lending company for updates that they dragged their feet on, and kept us informed the entire time. It was honestly more than my wife or I ever could have asked for, and she did it all with a smile.

I couldn't recommend another realtor more highly.
