I network and provide California Investors seeking high yield cap rates in the Arizona market not available on the West coast. Local Arizona investors have the advantage of my connections in Phoenix and Tucson.

This summer Julia Kovalyova helped us to sell our house in Chandler. Our family loved working with Julia and we want to thank her for being so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the best real estate broker I worked with!
Julia went above and beyond with our listing, and patiently walked us through every step. She is also a very punctual and responsible person, always on time, without any delays answering our calls/texts, even late in the evening. Often many professionals promise to be available, but once you sign a contract, you get directed to a voicemail or an assistant. It can be quite stressful to be waiting for people to return your call, especially when there are pressing issues. Fortunately, Julia was great at answering all of our questions in a timely manner and providing us with the necessary advice.
She has a great eye and sees all flaws that need to be fixed in order to get the best price. She is honest and will always tell you the truth. On top of being so responsive and accommodating, she is also a wonderful person to be around. I absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!
