Julie Moore

Julie Stancil Moore's passion is real estate. Julie's mother has been selling real estate for over 30 years and her dad has been building residential homes for over 30 years as a second-generation builder. Being around the real estate and construction industries all her life, Julie decided that she would give Real Estate a try. Julie graduated from East Carolina University School of Nursing and was a nurse for several years before Julie made her move into her real estate career. Julie learned from the best, her mother. Julie and her mother have been selling homes together since Julie started her career 20 years ago in 1997.

Julie has a waterside home in Johnston County, and she has a home in Morehead City. Julie's passions are the beach, the ocean, as well as boating and fishing thereof. She loves Morehead City. Julie and her family are annual Big Rock Blue Marlin tournament participants and won third place in 2012, in the release division! Offshore bill, king mackerel, and grouper fishing are a few of Julie's favorite hobbies, along with watching her 16-year-old son Jared play baseball. Julie also has a daughter, Alex, at East Carolina University majoring in business, who she dearly misses every day.

Julie is a full-time broker and enjoys meeting new clients every day, helping them with the American Dream of buying and selling homes. Her clients are more than a business transaction, they have become lifelong friends too.
