Unbelievable and uncompromising effort on her part to ensure we were in our dream home, at any cost. We wanted an old house with garage and a yard for around $250k, which we were told is kind of unrealistic, but unrealistic is not impossible. We got the house.

The house sold at auction, but she contacted the investor and we bought it directly from him at price. My God, what dedication. I have seen and heard her put that same effort into other people's houses, but it really just makes it sweeter to move into your forever home knowing what it took to get there.

Mrs. Phillip is great! She helped me buy my home while I was on deployment. She not only sent pictures, but also recording of the property and helped look at the areas they were in for me. She was also very flexible and understanding of my rough schedule and helped me to get my documents and everything while not even being in the area. I definitely recommend her for anyone and everyone.
