Hi, I’m Julia Shea. I have been a licensed real estate professional in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Suffolk areas since 2003. In the last 12 months, I have closed 39 transactions for a total volume of $17 million, and in my career, I have over $300 million in home sales. I personalize my clients’ experience based on their individual needs for data, community information, and support throughout the buying or selling process. Over 90% of my business is from repeat clients and personal referrals. I am also able to provide referrals to other professionals such as lenders and home inspectors. As a military spouse, I have had numerous experiences moving and buying and selling homes. I have lived in Pittsburgh, Pensacola, San Diego, and Palm Springs, so I personally understand how stressful moving can be and the pressure and significance of buying and selling a home. I also have a background as a mental health counselor, so you can know I listen carefully.
I live in Norfolk with my husband, a Marine Corps pilot and current Reservist. I enjoy spending time with my friends and anything to do with dogs.
