Julia Sykes is Dorsey Alston’s youngest individual top producing agent whose passion for serving her clients and knowledge of Atlanta and Metro Atlanta is evident from the moment you meet. Julia’s ability to competitively navigate a fast-paced market and diverse range of sale price points all over town sets her apart as your Realtor.

Leading up to the successful start of Julia’s real estate career in 2016, she attended Greater Atlanta Christian School and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A in Marketing and Communications. Go Dawgs! Julia’s knack for marketing sharpened during her time at international give-back brand, TOMS, and with a philanthropic fashion company, umano - as seen on Shark Tank in 2015!

With an innate love for home building and property development, Julia purchased and completely renovated her first rental property in downtown Alpharetta at the beginning of her real estate career. Witnessing the quick appreciation of her property value, nothing excites Julia more than educating her clients on investment opportunities in growing areas of the city and Metro area. Julia has been awarded as a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club the past four years. Her success derives from promptly communicating with her clients, understanding the language of the contract, and simplifying the home buying or selling process. Julia provides unparalleled value by utilizing her team of contractors, vendors, and Dorsey Alston staff in order to quickly prepare for market and during negotiations. With the ultimate goal of conducting a smooth and celebratory transaction, Julia prioritizes her clients’ needs while also strengthening co-op agent relationships.

Currently residing in the Midtown area, you can find Julia exercising at BURN Studios, discovering new coffee shops, or hosting weekly wine + cheese nights. She is a Friend of Emory’s Winship Cancer Institute, donating a portion of every sale to the Radiation Oncology Department. Additionally, Julia volunteers as a Girl Scout Troop Leader at Harper Archer Elementary, serves on the Greater Atlanta Christian School Alumni Board and is a member of a small group through Grace Midtown Church. If she is not in town, Julia is hopefully with family in Rosemary Beach - her favorite vacation spot!
