About Julia

Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 2009. Shortly after completing her education, Julia joined the corporate world where customer service was of utmost importance.
Julia is driven and goal oriented and will continue to move forward until the task is done to complete satisfaction. Julia adapts quickly to any situation and find solutions that work best for each individual client. She has strong ties in the real estate business as many of her family members are brokers, real estate agents, developers, and appraisers throughout Northern California. Look for them at various events throughout the local community!
When Julia is not at the Lyon office, she can be found playing various sports, hiking, or being outdoors with my wonderful partner, five year old son, and 14 month old daughter.

Julia is a helper by nature and she shares her experience and training by mentoring new and incoming agents in the Davis and Woodland Offices. Julia is a Masters Club member, and currently serve on the Board of the Yolo County Association of REALTORS®.

Julia is an outstanding agent and took such good care of us, frequently going above and beyond. She helped acquaint us with the area, answered all of our questions (and there were many) patiently and is extremely knowledgable about the towns we were interested in. She did a terrific job shepherding us through the entire process and was easy to get/stay in touch with. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a real credit to Lyon.

Julia helped us with a reverse exchange of two Davis rental properties. We were concerned that it might be complicated, but Julia was calm, thorough, competent, and fun to work with for both ends.

The house we acquired was in good shape except for a structural issue of uncertain cost. We had been unable to get a bid during our short escrow period. Then Julia came through and found someone knowledgeable to provide enough specifics as to cost for us to close escrow with confidence.

The house we sold needed some upgrading and painting as well as serious cleaning. This all had to be accomplished quickly to avoid marketing the house in November—every week seemed important. Julia had cleaners out two days after our tenant gave us keys. The updating was completed in about 10 days using a contractor Julia contacted on our behalf. Our rental would not have been on the market in October without Julia’s efforts.

We especially enjoyed Julia’s understated confidence and calm. Real estate transactions can be stressful for everyone. But if these transactions were ever stressful for Julia, it was not apparent to us.

Having been a real estate agent myself for a decade in the Bay Area, I know a good agent when I see one. My husband and I were extremely happy working with Julia, and we will be forever grateful for her excellent work.
