It’s rare to find a DJ who can seamlessly mix genres like hip hop, EDM, Latin, and Top 40, but DJ Rivera does it flawlessly. I met Julian by originally hiring him for my wedding. Through getting to know him thru that process, he let me know he was also a realtor. Fast forward a year later, I found a house for sale I really liked and was set up with a realtor I didn't really like thru Zillow at first. Something was off about her and I immediately called Julian because he is very personable and has extreme wealth of knowledge. This house was also a “short sale” which I knew nothing about in regard to processes. Julian walked me thru the entire process in our first conversation. At the end of that convo, I felt assured and said “put the offer in!” Within 48 hours, the offer was accepted and we were under contract. This process took almost 5 months. I’m sure it could have been grueling dealing with any other realtor and their associates, but Julian and his team took great care of me and were right on the ball. We closed 5 months later with closing costs covered and buying into equity. You cannot ask for a better realtor! DJ Julian and his staff are incredible. Top to bottom 10/10 for our entire experience -- our wedding 8/12/23! Julian is passionate, dedicated, and interested. He is truly engaged with us as clients and wants to make our experience the perfect most fulfilling one. He really listens to his clients about their desires and needs. He doesn’t push purchasing the most expensive packages, but does share all the options including amazing add ons like lights, photography, Photo Booth, videographers, etc.

His communication leading up to the wedding was smooth, thorough, and complete. Julian took the time to get to know us. He carved out separate phone call conversations just to learn about who we were, where we were coming from, what kind of event we were hosting, what was important to us, and our biggest priorities. It also gave him a chance to introduce himself. He was very transparent with his pricing and expectations. He was also honest about what we could expect out of him and that this truly was a two way contract. We appreciated that. The week before the wedding he took over an hour with us to thoroughly go through everything, all the songs, family and bridal party name pronunciations, etc; it made us feel so at ease as we transitioned into the wedding weekend.

Wedding weekend, it was game time and DJ Julian showed up! He brought his absolute A-game and nailed every bit of the weekend. The sound system was incredible. His microphones were perfect for the officiant and us during the ceremony. They were clear, crisp and easy for my officiant to use. The speakers and songs were loud enough for the beach ceremony. His announcements, introductions and emceeing all night were on-point! He was upbeat. He continually read and felt out the room and even asked for our feedback a few times through the night, to make sure things were going smoothly and if we needed to adjust any of the timeline (i.e. cake cutting, speeches, etc.)

When it came time to dance, he never even gave our guests a chance to sit down! The music was upbeat, fun, with smooth and perfect transitions and made everyone want to stay on the dance floor. He had great lighting too for the venue!

We will definitely use Julian again for any DJ needs and will continually to praise him and recommend him to others. Thank you Julian and your staff for being apart of our special weekend! We are forever grateful!

We will look you up when we're ready for a house back in the Tidewater area!

Julian is extremely knowledgeable and an expert negotiator. I've known his character as a person for a number of years, but this was the first time working with him regarding real estate. He worked with me on selling my condo and buying a home by the beach.
