Juliana Labarbera

Born and raised in Louisville, KY and having relocated Charlotte in 1993 was one of the best things Juliana has ever done. Still fond of her 'roots', she genuinely enjoys being only a few hours from either the mountains or the beach, as well as being in a thriving area! Watching Charlotte evolve from a sleepy southern town to the highly desired destination city it has become, has been exciting! The move also gave Juliana respect for those moving from their "known" to their new "unknown". Making this area become their new 'known' is one of the things she loves most!

New homes construction is how Juliana’s career in real estate started and led me to get my license in 2000. She absolutely loves getting to know people, joking with them, offering suggestions for entertainment, restaurants and activities in general! Having that connection is crucial to how she wants to do business and take care them.

Rest and relaxation are how Juliana likes to spend her ‘downtime’. Whether relaxing on the beach, hiking and exploring in the mountains, water skiing on a lake, being on the tennis courts or walking her dog Brady, these are all things she thoroughly enjoys either alone or with family and friends. Juliana also likes to explore new dining options and enjoy a nice glass...or two, of wine. To balance out the hectic hours of her daily schedule, there is importance in finding that balance so Juliana can be the best she needs to be for her clients.
