Juliane Wienke

Juliane Wienke is a seasoned Broker in the real estate industry. She has been personally investing in real estate for almost 40 years. Once she had established herself in the Valley she moved out to Ventura County further building her business and taught herself new construction, new housing subdivisions, numerous neighborhoods and familiarizing herself with the school systems. She did this to better serve her clients with the largest purchase of their lives ~ their new home. She then took her career to the next level and became a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Julie's real estate experience includes sales from entry level condos to multi million dollar estates with areas from the San Fernando Valley to Westlake Village to the gorgeous oceanside community of Ventura. Her expertise includes sales in 1031 exchanges, REO properties, Corporate Relocation and multi family units. Organization, communication and passion are 3 important components in every transaction.
Julie has been blessed with 4 grandbabies all under the age of 6 years old! On her weekends if not hosting an Open House she can be found at the Little League Baseball games, ice skating lessons or dance recitals. Julie has another passion which is fundraising for a special cause ~ childhood cancer research. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a nonprofit fundraising organization which raises money for research into deadly childhood cancers. In 2017 Julie and her daughter Stephanie organized and hosted the 1st fundraiser in Simi Valley. Through their hard work and dedication they raised 1000's of dollars which all went to research and assisting families with ill children.

Julie is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Conejo Moorpark Association of Realtors.

Julie treasures each of her clients and treats a clients home as though it were her own. There is no problem too large for her~she will always find the answer to help her client. Her warmth, knowledge, negotiating skills and her compassion are the qualities her clients love about her.
