Julianna was raised in Park City, Utah, and attended the University of Utah. She grew up on the ski slopes with her legendary father, Stein Eriksen, enjoying the high quality of life a small ski town can provide. Traveling throughout the world at a young age also laid the groundwork for her social adaptability. She fell in love with the warmth of desert living and in 1989 made a permanent move, beginning her real estate career in new home sales with a top area developer. Her resale career began in 1994.
