I was lucky to have met Julianne through someone in order to buy a home. She was an amazing to work with.

I am really grateful to have met her. Not only is she a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor, she’s a genuinely good person. I’d trust this woman with my life, and I kinda did, because after two years of owning the home we bought with her, we needed to sell, and we used her as our selling agent.

Julianne is someone that you can rely on and have full faith in to get the job done. As someone who has experienced working with her from both the buying and selling side, I have a full 360 view on her as an agent, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

She’s a great negotiator and will work to get you what you need at the price you need. She set realistic expectations that she 100% met. There were no curveballs or anything that came as unexpected during either buying or selling with her. She’s a blessing and helping hand.

We recently worked with Julianne (and Sam) on the sale of a single-family rental and purchase of a multi-unit rental. We couldn't be happier with the results. Julianne's years of experience helped us with a fast sale. She guided us in preparing the home for sale - from contractor recommendations, to staging and open house. It seems she has a million contacts on her rolodex! The purchase of the replacement rental property hit some snags through no fault on our (buyer) side but she persevered and got it straightened out, resulting in a successful close on the property that we loved. My first offer for a loft didn't work out due to some issues with the seller and Julianne and her team helped me out of the situation. Julianne is with out a doubt the best in the business. Before having Julianne as our real estate agent we had been looking for a home to purchase on and off since 2016. A mediocre real estate agent can really make house hunting seem difficult and can make you feel lost in the process. This is NOT the case with Julianne, she explained everything to us from the start, in person. As soon as we gave her our list of what we wanted in a house she had us scheduled to view a couple houses the same day with exactly what we wanted. Even in a pandemic, nothing stopped her and the team to get us an appointment and get an offer submitted quickly. Julianne was very knowledgeable when it came to quality of the house and had no problem telling us if she thought there was a problem. We ended up with the perfect house and we owe it to her and the team. The housing market is very competitive and I would advise anyone that is serious about buying or selling to use Julianne and her team.

Julianne was absolutely amazing during our home selling and buying process. Selling your home can be overwhelming and she was very in tune to our emotions... never once did we feel that is was just another transaction to her. If we had questions she would always call or text back immediately. She kept us informed of the process, what to expect, as well and always giving us an updated timeline. The entire duration of finding a new home (4 months) she never lost sight of what we really wanted and never pushed or pressured us into a house. Julianne is an amazing person, not just realtor to work with. To premise, my son had to go to the hospital 4 days prior to close. She followed up a week later just to ask how he was doing. I know that is not business related, but she cares about who she works with. Now, past that. On the real estate side. We were able to get an out of town client closed in under 3 weeks. She stayed on top of all outstanding conditions the entire time. Constantly updated us at least once per day. Knows the market. Knowledgeable about the area and current trends. I cannot recommend Julianne enough! Seriously, if you are looking to buy a home, you will be doing yourself a favor by working with Julianne, she is AMAZING!

But Julianne was on top of it and my purchase went through without a hitch.
