Julianne Stevens

Julianne was born and raised in Washington state, where she initially fell in love with the world of real estate. After meeting her husband and having two beautiful children, the couple became familiar with the idea of buying homes and flipping them. Moving over and over became the norm as well.

After years of remodels in Washington, Julianne and her family left the rain to live in the sunshine of Arizona where she began to help clients with mortgage lending. Alongside lending, her and her husband would flip their own home and ride the market while they’d try to find their next property to acquire.

In early 2023 Julianne teamed up with a company that was known for their fix and flips. From hoarder houses to mansions, she saw it all. Knowing that real estate was always her passion, she decided to help all sorts of clients buy and sell homes throughout the valley. Her perseverance and motivated personality has her working hard all hours of the day, but if you ask her how she does it she’ll say, “I love what I do.”
