Julie had been the broker to sell me on my place in Myrtle Creek. After a year and a half of working hard on it, I finally reallized I had bitten off more than I could chew and called her to list it for sale. I thought she had done a first-class job on handling all the details when I bought it, and I think she did an even better job of selling it. Too bad all real estate agents and brokers can't be as good and professional as she.

Julie is fantastic. She is kind, put together, and knowledgeable. We were first time buyers, and our purchase seemed to have a lot of moving parts; Julie was patient and composed with our many questions and ups and downs. She was so helpful and quick to respond that we felt like we were her only clients, though I know she is a busy lady. She was a great advocate for us through several renegotiations and had excellent advice to offer, but we never felt pressured toward anything. It was very clear that Julie’s only goal was to assist us in finding the place and purchase that we were 100% confident was exactly what we wanted.
We absolutely trust her and would recommend her a thousand times over!

Julie Bancroft was our agent on the purchase of a 1/2 acre lot with a rundown mobile home. This property and purchase had some issues (as most do) but Julie was very professional and communicated excellently even when I was kinda of hard to get a hold of. I was especially impressed that Julie was so committed to this process with the selling price of $ 115,000. I doubt she will be able to retire on the commission.
We absolutely loved her calm understanding manner. We are recommending her to anyone we know either selling or purchasing real estate.

We purchased the home that we will live out our days in from Julie Bancroft as well as sold our home of 18 years that we built and raised our children in.
