Julie Bencosme

Julie is a dedicated REALTOR® who genuinely cares about her clients and her profession. She listens attentively to her clients' goals and guides them toward achieving their real estate dreams. Raised in Sierra Madre, Julie completed her education at Pasadena High School and studied Business Management at Pasadena City College.

She started her professional career at a Multi-Regional Legal Firm, specializing in Real Estate and Corporate Law. Owning a home and witnessing others achieve this dream brings her great fulfillment. Julie always prioritizes her clients and continuously enhances her real estate skills through additional classes.

Julie is actively involved in the community. She has been engaged with local schools, serves on the Sierra Madre Friends of the Library Board, volunteers with the Women's Club, and has served as the President of the Arcadia Association of REALTORS®. Her dedication was recognized when she received the Volunteer of the Year Award.

In 2001, Julie embarked on her real estate career and quickly found success, earning the title of "Rookie of the Year." Throughout her career, she has consistently been acknowledged with numerous "Top Producer" awards. Most importantly, Julie has received multiple Quality Service Awards for her exceptional client service. Julie, along with her husband, Andy, is also the proud owner of Century 21 Village Realty. She takes pride in every aspect of Real Estate and approaches each transaction with diligence and a strong work ethic, ensuring a successful closing.
