Julie was very pleasant and easy to work with. She worked to get top dollar for my house in the shortest time. She navigated me through the offer acceptance process and educated me on each offer and why it was strong or not as strong. Julie reached out to the lenders to confirm the strength of the offer. I knew she was looking out for the best interest of me and nobody else. If you are wanting someone who is super knowledgeable of the real estate market and the contract process she would be the agent for you. She was always punctual and had excellent communication. I never felt I was in the dark about was going on with my house. I highly recommend Julie as your next realtor.
