Julie is an absolute expert in real estate. She knows the real estate industry inside out. She helped us sell our house despite challenging market conditions, and made the real estate process as smooth as possible for us. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, and was extremely helpful with her availability, prompt responses, vast experience, and resources and network of other professional services, such as moving help on short notice. We also found her to be thoroughly professional and an incredibly decent individual. It was not long at all before we realized we were in the best hands. Julie has been so responsive, diligent, and sensitive to our situation. We are so grateful for the referral we got from our friend Lori.
Julie is a top notch realtor and more importantly, she is kind and has so much integrity. Our house sold quickly…even after interest rates went up! Her attention to detail is inspiring…not kidding.
The attribute we Most appreciated about her… she was Our Agent. She anticipated possible issues so they didn’t become Issues. She had our backs before, during, and after the sale.
We have worked with a few realtors including the one who “helped” us buy this house in WA. No comparison. I wish we’d had a Julie here!

Julie Burks was referred to me by my sister who sold her condominium a year before I sold my home in Roseville. After the excellent service Julie gave my sister and the speed with which her condominium sold, there was no question who my realtor would be. My needs were a little different than my sisters because I'm not a CA resident so Julie had to consult with me over the phone months before the home (which was a rental property) was put on the market. Julie provided invaluable advice on what needed to be done to ensure the home had its maximum curb appeal and was move in ready. Julie hired and oversaw the preliminary inspections of the home and then oversaw the necessary repairs prior to the home going on the market. Julie's knowledge of the local housing market and current comps at the time were critical to our setting the right asking price. The home was only on the market a few days when an offer $10,000 over asking price was made. We accepted this offer and Julie concluded all the necessary actions and paperwork for us to go to closing and bring the sale to completion. Julie is a person of high integrity, very knowledgeable, completely reliable, hard working, and is a delight to work with. My husband John and I heartily endorse and highly recommend Julie as the best real estate professional we know - whether your buyer or selling a home. There's none better!

Oh, my! Julie Burks is my idea of a perfect realtor -- honest, straight forward, hard working, well organized, easy to get in touch with and so enjoyable to speak with. I live 100 miles away from the home that I inherited from my mother, but Julie took care of all the details of preparing the home for sale once I had emptied it of possessions and she closely worked out all the attendant transactions with me by phone and e-mail. Needless to say, there were so many emotions that flooded me concerning the passing of my mother and the subsequent sale of her home, but Julie was completely understanding and supportive of me, and always let me know that we would go through the process according to my readiness, not hers. Julie is a truly wonderful human being, and I feel so grateful for her professionalism, kindness and support during this very challenging time in my life.

We have bought five homes and sold four. Our last sale in Antelope was by far the quickest and most profitable we have had. Julie Burks is a professional. With her guidance we sold our home in one week and at the highest price for a home in our area with our square footage. Julie made sure every detail was taken care of including coordinating the closing with our realtor for the new house we were buying out of state. Julie is the best and we highly recommend her.
