Julie comes from a financial background, having been a Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licensed, Executive Director at Oppenheimer & Co. (1995-2006). She has her BSBA from Northern Arizona University, in Marketing and Promotions. She started her career in Real Estate in 2006 and never looked back! Her main strengths in Real Estate lie in her negotiation skills, online-social media marketing strategies, customer targeting, house preparation and pricing!
