Julie Cohen

Julie Elizabeth Cohen serves as the Vice President at Brooklyn Heights Real Estate and has been with the firm since it opened on Montague Street in 1998. She now heads the new office, Dowling Realty Group, at 88 Bergen Street, in Boerum Hill.

She can attribute her success in the business to her inherent familiarity with the profession as she comes from a family of Real Estate brokers in Connecticut. After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Julie moved to NYC heading strait to Brooklyn Heights. Now she resides in Cobble Hill where she owns at the Cobble Hill School Condominium.

Julie is a genuine asset to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell in the neighborhood. She is passionate about the business and extremely hard working. Throughout the years she has created an extensive network of investors, developers, business owners, lenders, real estate attorneys, contractors and architects who are all available to her customers and clients. She has also built a team of rental agents and landlords.

Constantly "on the go" she is often found on her bike whizzing to and from appointments.
