Julie Conner

Julie is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in both NY and CT with exp Realty. She is a Team Leader of Julie Dream Homes Team at exp Realty of CT. She has been a homeowner, real estate investor, property manager, and landlord for over 35 years. She and her husband own a construction company called Ivy League Contractors. They are both Cornell University graduates which is where it got its name. Her experience with construction, investing, real estate and property management greatly assists her clients with making education decisions when finding their dream home or investment property. She loves working with new investors and first time home buyers. She will hold her clients' hand through the process and help to reduce their stress. She will make house shopping fun and selling her clients' homes much less stressful than can be imagined. As a medical nutrition therapist and owner of Healthy Weighs Wellness Center in Brookfield, CT, her clients understand that her 39 years of counseling expertise will make them feel nurtured and comfortable. Her goal is to help take her clients from where they are to where they want to be in their real estate journey.
