About Julie
Julie was born and raised in Lexington and is quite familiar with all of Central Kentucky. Working as a broker at Big Blue Realty, real estate is her full-time job and passion! Clients’ needs, wants, and expectations always come first as she encourages repeat business and referrals.
Julie graduated from the University of Kentucky in May of 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in business and she double majored in marketing and management. As a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, she also participated in philanthropic events, and held leadership positions. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Lexington Bluegrass Associations of Realtors, Young Realtors of the Bluegrass, and Independent Brokers Network, and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys refurbishing distressed properties and managing her rental properties. You can also see her on the track playing women’s flat track roller derby for the Derby City Rollergirls in Louisville.
