Julie and Brandon bring decades of experience, global perspective, and genuine passion to every real estate journey. Julie was born in Prague, Czech Republic, Julie moved to the United States with her family in 1986. Raised in Plano, Texas, she remained in the Dallas area until 2014. Growing up in a bilingual household where Czech was spoken daily helped her remain fluent, allowing her to connect naturally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Julie began her real estate career in 1995, earning her Real Estate License in 2001. After relocating to Tyler in 2014 to help open a restaurant, she quickly realized that real estate was her true calling and returned to it full time. Her dedication and expertise led her to earn her Broker license in 2025 and open Brick and Key by J and B Evans Realty, LLC in 2026. With years of industry knowledge and a heart for service, Julie is known for guiding clients with integrity, care, and confidence.
Brandon Evans was born in Greenville, Mississippi, and moved to Texas in 1993. He has worked in the oilfield industry since 2010, where he developed a strong work ethic rooted in discipline, reliability, and attention to detail. Brandon joined the real estate team in January 2026 after obtaining his real estate license, bringing valuable experience and a hands-on approach to client service.
Brandon and Julie have been married since 2021 and share a love for adventure, community, and helping others achieve their goals. Their family includes Lenora, their playful shih-poo, and Kiwi, a black-headed Caique parrot full of personality.
Outside of real estate, Julie and Brandon enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and exploring plant nurseries. Julie has a true passion for plants and maintains an impressive collection, while Brandon enjoys hunting and fishing.
Together, they love helping people through every step of the journey to finding their own “Home Sweet Home.” Working with clients from many cultures and backgrounds has been one of the most rewarding parts of their work, and many clients have become lifelong friends.
