Julie is an incredible realtor. We moved to Oklahoma from out of state and sent her an email late one night through zillow to show us a house we found online. She literally emailed us back that same night and had an appointment for is by the next afternoon! We couldn't believe how fast she had gotten us in the house. Once there, she let us look around and asked us what we thought. It was ok, but nothing extraordinary. She then told us that it was an overpriced flip that would never resell in that neighborhood. Her honesty was refreshing. From there she directed us to better neighborhoods and showed us over 25 homes in about a weeks time. She works miracles! We found a home in a great neighborhood and Julie put our offer in. The entire process went so smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Julie! We worked with Julie for about a year, because of the bank's slow decision making not related to Julie. We had to complete a short sale with our house and would not have been able to do so without Julie and her remarkable knowledge and assistance. Julie was simply amazing! She was 200% vested in making sure our home sold but also making sure that we were okay during the process. She was always a phone call away to answer any questions about the process. She calmed me at times as I got nervous and she helped me feel at easy. I really appreciate how she explained everything as it was happening but also concerned that we understood. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Oklahoma market. She was professional and made it a top priority to show and sell our home. I was able to sleep better at night knowing she had our backs. Wouldn't choose another realtor to work with! We never had to wonder if our realtor (Julie) was working hard on our behalf! She's very knowledgeable and definitely calmed us when we got nervous through our first home buying process! She always answered our calls and if she couldn't we never had to wait longer than an hour for a call or text back. Our buying process took a little longer than most (on the sellers part) and over that time our relationship with Julie progressed from agent/clients to we'd call her a friend! My business partner and I were looking to diversify our investments and wanted to buy our first rental home. Julie was listing one of the houses we were interested in (we were attempting to buy without a realtor at first). I called Julie to to see if we could see the house she had listed; after talking with her on the phone for 10-15 minutes about the house and what we were looking for, we decided the house wasn't a good fit for our needs and we continued our search solo. After, a couple months of spinning our wheels and trying to schedule houses to look at on our own, we decided we needed a realtor to help us out. I immediately thought of Julie, because of the conversation we had months earlier. Julie did everything she promised to do (and more) and was very timely with getting back to any calls or emails. We just purchased our first rental house last week and will be giving Julie a call when we are ready to purchase our second- Brett
