Thinking back, my interest in real estate started in 6th grade with a childhood friend of mine. Her mother was a real estate agent and I loved going to her house and sitting in her mom’s home office, pretending I was an agent. I would do paperwork, talk to clients, and dream about touring all sorts of beautiful homes. It seemed like such a fun career! In 1999, I started working in the banking sector and learned, firsthand, all of the back-end details that go into a real estate transaction. Even when I wasn’t directly in the real estate industry, I was still learning about it! I worked in the banking world for seventeen years before getting my real estate license. Prior to becoming licensed, I personally had bought 6 homes and sold 4 of them. So, needless to say, I know how it feels to be on both sides of the transaction. Since obtaining my real estate license, as a Buyer’s Agent, I have assisted many families and individuals in finding their dream home or perfect investment property. As a Seller’s Agent, I have worked diligently to maximize the return on investment for my clients through millions of dollars’ worth of successfully completed transactions. When it comes to fun, I like to visit the beach, go camping, and take hikes with my family and our black lab, Sophie. I’ve had such a pleasure helping many families achieve their dream of home-ownership! My career in the real estate world is truly a dream come true.
