Julie Held

Julie Held, Associate Broker and former co-owner of Maple and Main Realty has been a real estate agent since 1995. For most of her career, Julie has been a top producer in Hampshire and Franklin Counties of Western Massachusetts. Julie holds a B.A. from Barnard College in New York City, and began selling real estate after working as a program director in the field of non-profit adult education for over ten years. She was born and raised in Cambridge, MA, and settled in the Northampton area over 35 years ago. Her husband, Tom Martin, is an artist and they have two adult sons.

Julie finds great satisfaction in working with her clients, many who have become friends over the years. She primarily works by referrals but welcomes new clients from other venues, including out of state buyers who want to settle in the area, just as she did. Many of her past clients have described her as hard working, empathic and professional.
In 2025, after co-owning her successful real estate agency for 12 years, she and her business partner, Kate Iles, decided to simplify their lives in order to have more time for their clients and family. She is happy to be part of the Maple and Main Team under the umbrella of Delap Real Estate.
