Julie Hogston

The Property Matchers Team was founded by Julie & John Hogston a few years back when the need arose to have John join me in the real estate realm.

Our backgrounds lend themselves perfectly to real estate with John being in furniture sales for over 30 years prior to real estate and I having done title work and mortgage loans for 18 years collectively prior to getting licensed in real estate in February 2016. What you’ll find that perhaps stands out about us is not only our past work experience, but we have a way of connecting with people through similar life experiences. We are extremely relationship based and truly connect with our clients on a level much deeper than just business. We have earned several designations including property staging, negotiating, senior real estate, and both buyer and seller representative specialists and have dipped our hand in renovating and selling homes as well as owning a short term rental. We want to be the people you think of when you think real about your real estate needs and refer to others as your trusted agents.
