With over 25 years of real estate experience in San Diego County, Julie Howe provides her clients with the highest level of service, creating lasting relationships built on trust and integrity. Julie holds an MBA from CSULA and has a dynamic professional background that includes tenure as a management auditor for General Accounting Office and a contract supervisor for General Dynamics-Convair in San Diego.

In 1988, Julie obtained her California Real Estate License and has been in the real estate industry ever since. She specializes in estate properties in Rancho Santa Fe and coastal North County San Diego, including land transactions and short sales. Julie is proud to say that 90% of her business is referral-based. She was consistently one of the top producers at Prudential California Realty in her 25 years there.

In 2014, Julie decided to move to Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, looking to leverage the unparalleled international exposure and extraordinary marketing of Sotheby's International Realty into continued and increased success in the future.
