Julie knows that when life sparks a big change, your home often changes with it. Whether it is a celebratory first purchase or you are ready to sell, Julie is the real estate agent you want on your side.

Julie’s family began vacationing on Hilton Head Island over 10 years ago, they knew that this would be a place they called home one day. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about their beautiful island and more specifically about the Forest Beach neighborhood, she cannot imagine living anywhere else. She believes her past experiences in credit reporting, mortgage reporting, working for a mortgage division, and 5 years as a paralegal have led her to this position and have added value to her position as a REALTOR®. It is Julie’s goal to help other families dreams of owning their beach home come true.

In her first year selling real estate, she earned the Sales Achievement Award, and the next year the Ambassadors Cup Award and finished the year in the top 5% of her region and top 3% of all agents, companywide. This past year Julie continued her trend as a Top Producer earning the Circle of Honor. She recently passed the South Carolina Real Estate Broker test and is now the Broker in Charge of HH Island Real Estate & Rentals, a joint venture with her husband Steve. They have both grown their businesses tremendously over the past couple of years as a result of their business model where Julie sells them, her husband rents them, and the renters who are thinking about buying have a direct line of communication back to her.

Julie has a strong belief in giving back to the community and she is actively involved in the Hilton Head Island community serving Meals on Wheels and within their Hilton Head Area Realtors Association as a member of the Board of Directors as well as serving on the Professional Development and Community Outreach Committees. She has earned the Realtor Service Award for the past 3 years and has the earned the Island Ambassador designation as well as being a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Marketing.

Since most of her buyers, and sellers for that matter, do not have their primary residence in South Carolina, Julie is here for them every step of the way, as if it were her own home.
